All prices posted on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices prevailing at commencement of placing the order will apply. Posted prices are inclusive of all taxes and charges. In case there are any additional charges or taxes the same will be mentioned on the website.

Payment :-

All payments must be received by us prior to. We accept payment by payment gateway of PayUMoney.

Shipping :-

The books will be dispatched to you within two working days after receiving the order from you.
We will arrange for shipment of the products to you by REGISTERED BOOK POST of INDIA POST only The book will be dispatched to you in standard packets as prescribed by India Post for sending books under REGISTERED BOOK POST.
One side of the packet will remain open and will be visible to outside as it is mandatory by India Post for sending books by REGISTERED BOOK POST.
Utmost care will be taken by us to protect the books from being damaged during transit by wrapping the books by bubble wraps etc from three sides.
The photo of the packet and the copy of the postal acknowledgement will be sent to you by WhatsApp or Email on the next working day once the book will be dispatched.
We will not be held responsible for any damage of packets during transit.
We will not be held responsible for any delay made by India Post in delivering the packet.
We will not be held responsible if wrong address will be given by you and books are not delivered to you.
If the book packet returns to us due to non delivery at your end due to wrong address given by you, you have to pay the cost of extra postage charges required for sending the book again at the correct address.
Our LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY ENDS once the books are dispatched from our end and the photo of the packet and postal receipt are sent to you.
We are not liable for any delays in the shipments due to unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you.

Return of Products by you :-

Once the products are dispatched, can not be returned at any condition.

Changes and Cancellation :-

Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final, provided, however, item cancellations and quantity reductions may be made before the order is shipped. We may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by you.

Refund :-

If any orders are cancelled by you after procurement, but before being shipped by susahityam.com, then we will charge restocking fee applicable as per the product category. Books will attract a restocking fee of 25% of the order value. Refund will be made after deducting such restocking fee as applicable within 7-10 working days.
